1099's Entering the DBA and the correct W-9 Business name

Has anyone figured out a way to add the dba name.
Right now i'm wondering if i need to add the
Business name and DBA name on the same line,
or DBA name in payment line and Real business name on the 1st address line?

please let me know if you have a way other than this.

so, I figured it out, I took the "website field", something that was there and was easy to move into the 1099.RPT
on crystal.

I put it above the vendor name field, saved and now i just put the dba name in regular and the Real name in the website field when adding a vendor.

this may help someone if they need to do it on 1099s
